;: flight :; new beginning*
As I spend the afternoon getting ready to pack up my things and head towards transferring to my new condo, I can't help but feel nostalgic - FIVE memorable years in this house. This are a few of the things that got me most - - - as I prepare to leave my house.
Petri Dish - During my last year in UST ( inscribed are the signatures of my group mates for four memorable years in the laboratory :p ( Reyes Nimfa, Sara Oliver, Segundo Mari Stefani, SanJuan Josemaria, SobreviƱas Sara) ...yep. I've been keeping it 'til now. Like everyone - forever in my thoughts and memries..This is basically the remembrance of my entire COLLEGE life - UST experience.
White box -This plain simple white box contains so much of what I've been through, experienced and had. Though I'm not a Cancerian, I'm pretty much sentimental with things special to me. I've learned and had the habit of keeping every ID I get whenever I participate in events both inside and outside the University. This contains all the memories of our past concerts that I hosted, seminars I've attended, leadership training seminars in Batangas, Rizal etc.., production staff identification cards - - - and LOTS - TONS of photos! I'm a self confessed cam whore! hahahaha! yep.. Sometimes, I'll forget to bring the keys of my house BUT not my digicam. hahaha! ANYWHERE! I dunno, I just believe that every event - moment is special and should be captured in the LENS. Sometimes I'm thinking... what if the system breaks down and looses all my pictures!? That would be EXTREME DEPRESSION! hahahaha!
Mickey Bag - Given by my good friend Redmond Tagle from which he bought in Disneyland - HK. I've had lots of memories with this bag! TRAVEL! For the past five years, I've been traveling almost every weekend to go home to Batangas. This has been with me for the longest time now. Primarily because it was given by my good friend, Red - this is a living witness with the unending roads I've taken in life. More than the clothes it stores - - - it's so much more!
Notes/PHOTOCOPIES/Books - On the way towards becoming a Medical Technology Graduate was never easy. The road I chose to take is a road less travelled. It was never easy. Lots of sweat - blood and hardship came outpourin'. It was no ordinary joke. I SURVIVED! Yup! It's all because of the perseverance and motivation. Through the earnest help of my FRIENDS and college buds. The experience was all worth it! I am the PERSON that I am right now basically because of all the things I've been through. The trip was all worth it!
Each person is scheduled for a specific FLIGHT in time. Either to leave physically, move on from a bad experience or grow up and learn from mistakes made in the past. Now that I'm about to leave my house for the past five years of my life and head towards transferring to a new one - - - I am grateful to have met lots of PEOPLE - dear to my heart - and to have experienced things I will never forget. No perfect words can equate my feelings now. ;pThe memory lives on.
New condo! Weee! ;p - New beginning - More to come! FINGERSCROSSED!*
