Last 09 march 07 - I had the rare opportunity to be able to host the Philippine Idol's Concert. That night, I met Kuya Drae Ybañez ( a fellow Batangueno ) - and one of the Idol finalists. He is into charity for the kids of Antipolo. I got interested in helping this children.I know that we are so much blessed compared to this kids, I also see the same things whenever we go to our adopted community in Bulacan. Children’s Garden looks after the immediate needs of 20 street kids, mostly boys in Antipolo City. Thrice a week, the children—whose ages range from 12 to 18—gather at the center to rest, take a bath, socialize with other kids or just rest.

Right now, the immediate concern is to provide the kids’ immediate needs such as food, clothing and shelter during the day.

Children's Garden is busy soliciting funds so they can buy beds, bed sheets and whatever else the children need.

“It’s the children who need more attention and care right now. If we don’t take care of them, our future stakeholders, what will happen to our country? If we don’t salvage what is left us, what else is there?” - - - Kuya Drae
